Description A Luxury house plan with Mediterranean influences. As you enter, you will notice four columns that support a bridging catwalk. This effect opens the dining room and grand room giving a seamless transition from the foyer. The library and u-shape staircase is to the right which can also serve as an office. The master suite has a vaulted tray in the sleeping area with views to the rear of the home. There is also a spacious master bath, his and hers closets, and a wet bar to store beverages and snacks. The highlight is the segmented circle shaped sitting room with its own fireplace.
