Description This traditional house plan has subtle reminders of colonial architectural. The floor plan is designed in a tight boxy style yet, it takes advantage of space with functional and carefully considered space planning. On the main floorplan, the foyer separates a formal living and dining room. To the back of the house, you will find a large kitchen that open up to the breakfast area overlooking the spacious family room. Also included on the main floor is a guest bedroom and a full bath.
