Description The Bramante is a Georgian house plan that many consider luxury on appearance. The radius covered entry, supported by ionic columns, immediately draw your eyes to the front door of the classic colonial home plan. Upon entry of this southern home design you are greeted by a sweeping radius staircase in the foyer. To the right is a private study and on the left is a sunken living room. The living room naturally flows into the dining room situated at the rear of the home. To the right of the dining room is a hugh kitchen with a center island and a cooking island beyond the center island. The kitchen is open to the breakfast area which is also open to the two story family room. A second staircase in the family room allows you to access the second floor plan. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a master bath plus his and hers walk in closets. Three additional bedrooms and two baths are also located on the second floor.
