Description The Barnett is designed to get the most out of the available square footage and remain efficient. This house plan building design is a five bedroom home with the guest bedroom on the first floor level. The guest bed can be substituted with the sunroom option with minimum changes. Also on the main floor is a formal living and dining room, a kitchen with an island, a breakfast room and family room that merge with the kitchen to create an open atmosphere. The second floor has four additional bedrooms which includes the master bedroom. The master suite has a large bath and walk-in closet.
