The Clancey is a traditional home that is built in the state of Indiana. This home is based on the design of our Yancy designer house plan. The roof pitch was lowered and the second story plate line was leveled to simpify the construction. Overall, the design is functionally similar; however, minor interior and exterior changes were made as the builder saw fit. Changes to the elevation saw a less extravagant, yet tasteful outcome.
