Commercial Design Services

Design Evolutions Inc., GA is best known for its house plans collection and residential design services; however, we also offer services in commercial design. Over the years we have gradually evolved from residential only projects to doing a limited amount of commercial design work as our client base expanded from strictly homebuilders to contractors who operate in both residential and small commercial construction. Since 2003, we have engaged in commercial projects that involved space planning or tenant improvement in shell buildings and additions to existing non-residential buildings.

Building Design

We design commercial buildings up to 5,000 total square feet. Structures include single story office buildings and warehouse/ small office usage.

(Note: We do not provide commercial design services for multi-story buildings, assembly and educational occupancies, health care occupancies, care facilities, multifamily housing, apartment complexes, or buildings classified as high hazard.)

Space Planning

We provide space planning services for nonload-bearing interior construction in existing or planned structures that were designed by a registered architect. Consider Design Evolutions as your design partner for tenant improvements for storefronts and shell construction. We can take that empty interior space and maximize the area footage by designing the floor plans to completely benefit your business operations. We achieve this benefit with design efficiency through work flow analysis and space flexibility that allow for adaptation with changing needs.
