Upon your purchase, we will develop the existing floorplans, elevations, and roof plan into a complete set of architectural construction documents that will include fully dimensioned and noted floor plans and foundation plan, fully dimensioned and noted elevations, roof plan overview showing necessary roof pitches and other critical notes, window and door schedules, standard construction details including wall sections, misc. details specific to the design, schematic electrical plans, and any additional information as needed. Please allow at least 4 weeks for completion of construction documents.
