Custom home designed for a retiring couple migrating from the state of Maryland to the hills of Tennessee. The entire process (from start to finish) took place over the phone. A preliminary floorplan and elevation design, inspired by our Stanford house plan, was presented to the client and approved on the inital design proposal with only one minor change!
