Design Evolutions Inc., GA is a building design company operating in Snellville, Georgia (metro Atlanta). Founded by Kirya J. Duncan (Natchez, MS native) on January 2, 1999, Design Evolutions began as a drafting and design company. Services included drafting construction documents for home builders as well as creating custom home designs for local home builders and private homeowners.

In January of 2000, Design Evolutions became a full service building design company focusing on custom home design services and stock house plans. Later that same year, Design Evolutions began selling their stock house plans on a national basis through several popular internet publications. Today, Design Evolutions continues to develop custom home designs for private homeowners and home builders throughout the United States. We also publish stock house plans through our company website www.designevolutions.com and through a very limited number of house plans broker websites.

In 2003, our services expanded to include light commercial design. While residential design services will remain our main business platform, we do take on the ocassional interior space planning or small commercial building design project.
