Design Evolutions Inc., GA is a residential design company operating in Snellville, Georgia (metro Atlanta). Founded by Kirya J. Duncan on January 2, 1999, Design Evolutions began as a drafting and design company. Services included drafting construction documents for home builders as well as creating custom home designs for local home builders and private homeowners. In January of 2000, Design Evolutions became a full time residential design company focusing on custom home design services and producing high quality stock house plans. Later that same year, Design Evolutions began selling house plans on a national basis through several popular internet publications. Today, Design Evolutions continues to develop custom home designs for private homeowners and home builders throughout the United States.
