The house design is a craftsman style home. It was built in Loganville, Georgia. While the general concept of the design remains visible, there are a few differences due to the homeowners preference. A full porch across the front was added. Tapered columns were replaced with treated post and brackets. The homeowner also decided on a different arrangement and use of exterior finishes. Aside from those mentioned modifications, the home is largely built to the floor plan specifications of the house blueprints.
