Description
Brick and stone provide a perfect accent to this modern traditional home design. In addition, a covered porch along the front adds interest to the overall design of the Andy house plan. This design is builder friendly, not to mention easy to build.
The first floor of the Andy house plan
Upon entering the house you are greeted with an open plan. From the foyer you are able to survey the dining and family room fairly easy. The kitchen opens to a breakfast and keeping room combination which provides plenty of space for family gathering. For those overnight guest, the main floor also offers a bedroom with access to a full bath on a private hall. By the same token, that bedroom can double as a home office too.
The second floor design
The second floor is where the master bedroom with a sitting area is located. The master bathroom has a vaulted ceiling and also includes his and hers closets. Two addition bedrooms, a secondary bath, and a playroom loft make up the remainder of the second floor living space. The playroom is like a bonus room with minimum construction cost.
