Last Updated on November 30, 2020

Vertical Row townhouses are yet another notch in the design credits of Building Designer, Kirya J. Duncan, owner of Design Evolutions Inc., GA. This project, on the corner of Pryor Street and Bass Street, is in the heart of Mechanicsville – Atlanta, GA.

Design Evolutions Inc., GA was the Lead Designer. We partnered with Mosa Architects, who is the Architect of record. The units are built by Award winning Raven Residential Group, LLC.

Vertical Row – Second floor living area & fourth floor roof top deck

Vertical Row Modern Contemporary townhouses are narrow, but they have four floor levels that give ample space for living and entertaining. The first floor has an oversized one car garage complete with electric charging station. A home office is on this level too. The office has a private bath and can used be a guest suite also. The second level has the main living area which includes the kitchen, dining, living room, and half bath. The second floor is one big open free-flowing space.

On the third level, there is a master bedroom and secondary bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. This floor also includes a laundry closet. The laundry is located between the two bedrooms and accommodates a full size stacked washer and dryer. On the fourth floor level, the rooftop entertaining room has a half bath and soaring 13 foot ceilings plus a 8′ sliding door to the private roof top deck.
