The Chesley house plan is a craftsman style narrow lot home design. It’s only 29 feet wide and 43 feet deep, but it has sleeping accommodations for a family of four. This home design is ideal for use on infill lot building in downtown neighborhoods, as well as, new developments. This home has two livable floors with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Chesley house plan first floor walk through
On the first floor of the Chesley house plan, there is a open floor design which allows you to feel comfortable in such a narrow home. Just pasts the foyer and staircase is a family room which opens to the kitchen and dining space with views to the rear of the home. A spacious kitchen has a huge peninsula which also serves as the eating area for daily meals. Overlooking the peninsula you’ll see a generous size breakfast area that can also serve as a formal dining room.
Walking through the second floor
On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. At the rear of the second floor are the two secondary bedroom.
