Plan Modification Process
Thank you for choosing Design Evolutions Inc., GA. To ensure a seamless experience as we tailor your home design, we have outlined our standard modification workflow below:
1. Request & Custom Quote
Once you submit your modification requirements in writing, we will conduct a thorough review and provide a formal written quote within 3–4 business days. This estimate remains valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
2. Project Initiation
To secure a position on our production schedule, the following is required:
- Full payment for the original stock plan.
- A 50% deposit of the total modification fee.
- A signed copy of the Modification Agreement.
3. Design & Review Phase
Once your project begins, we will implement the requested changes and provide you with preliminary drawings for your review. This stage allows you to ensure the design aligns with your vision before we proceed to final documentation.
Note: Any requests made outside the original scope of work will be treated as an amendment and may result in additional fees and extended timelines.
4. Finalization & Delivery
Upon your approval of the preliminary designs, we will finalize the construction documents. The remaining 50% balance of the modification fee is due prior to the release of the completed plans.
Project Timelines
While timelines vary based on the complexity of the design, most modifications are completed within two weeks. Your custom quote will include a specific estimated completion date based on your unique requirements.
