We have a strict no refund policy. All sales on house plans with or without customizations/ modifications are final. Because our house plans show intellectual knowledge of our product, no refunds or exchanges will be given once your order has been processed and/or delivered.
Please be sure that the plan you have selected meet your needs and county requirements. Check with the building department to verify the requirements for house plans in your local area prior to purchasing. Our plans are designed to meet national building codes at the time they are originally drawn; however, many states and counties amend the codes for their area based on local conditions that affect a building. In most cases, these amendments are minor and only require additional documentation as explained below.
- Some states may require the plans to be stamped by a local licensed architect. If this is the case where you will be building your home, a CAD set of the plans will meet that obligation as long as you have a local architect who will review and stamp the plans.
- In other cases, an architect stamp may not be required for your house plans, but your building department may require additional engineering details to supplement the home design. In this case, you will need a local structural engineer to review the house plans and provide the additional detail drawings and/ or calculations to supplement your plans for submission to the building permit.
