Design Evolutions Inc., GA was established in 1999 by Kirya J. Duncan as a way to market and promote stock house plans while providing custom home design services for home builders and private clients. In the years that followed, the company slowly accumulated a considerable amount of house designs, which have since been curated into the current house plan collections presented on the website. In an effort to expand and grow the business, Design Evolutions Inc., GA began selling these stock house plans in print magazine and online in 2000 as a viable option alongside residential design services. To this day, our online presence has fostered sales to customers all across the continental United States and Canada. The portfolio continues to grow with new house plans added every year to provide outstanding home design selections.
Over the years, wonderful compliments have come in from customers. Such positive feedback remains the foundation for a continued dedication to delivering exceptional, beautifully detailed home plans for families to enjoy.
As the principal designer behind every layout, Kirya combines structural expertise with timeless aesthetic principles to craft blueprints that seamlessly translate into beautiful, livability-focused realities. With over two decades of dedicated experience, Kirya remains personally committed to guiding homeowners and builders toward their perfect design solution.
