Duncan as a way to market and promote his stock house plans while providing custom home design services for home builders and private clients. In the years that followed, the company had slowly accumulated a considerable amount of house designs which have been curated into the current house plan collections presented on our website. In an effort to expand and grow the business, Design Evolutions Inc., GA began selling these stock house plans in print magazine and online in 2000 as a viable option to our residential design services. To this day, our online presence has fostered sales of our house plans to customers all across the continental United States and Canada. We continue to grow our portfolio with new house plans every year to provide you with outstanding home design selections to choose from.
