The first floor includes a formal living & dining room. You can easily convert the living space into a home office or study. Behind that space is a guest bed with hall access to a full bath. A large family room flow directly into the breakfast, which in turn, flow into a kitchen with a center island.

The second floor has a master bedroom with two secondary bedrooms that share a hall bathroom. The master suite has a large sitting room, private master bathroom and walk-in closet. A laundry and playroom loft take up the remaining space on this floor.
