The Primrose house plan first floor

Upon entering the home, a horse shoe staircase greets guest at the end of the foyer providing a breath taking view of the partial floating stair design. The first floor plan consist of a formal living and dining room divided by the entry foyer. Beyond this area is the day to day living space positioned to the rear of the home. The kitchen has a corner walk-in pantry and an island with bar-top seating. A breakfast room provides additional eating space for those evening family meals.
