The Lexington house plan first floor
The home has a grand two story foyer. Off the foyer is a combined straight/ U-shaped staircase accessible from the kitchen and the grand room. A formal dining room and study flank the foyer. The kitchen is huge with a center island and walk-in pantry. The breakfast room with its soft curving walls leads to the kitchen or the two story great room. On the main floor, the master bedroom with a vaulted tray ceiling reaching nearly 13 feet, has a sitting room and fireplace. His and hers closets line the hall leading to a grand master bath with separate vanity areas, a glass shower, water closet and large tub.
Second floor rooms
From the second floor plan, you can overlook the two story foyer and Grand room. The wall of windows from the grand room provides plenty of light making the room fill spacious.
