The Yorkshire II house plan is designed with luxury in mind. The home is a European inspired creation. Moreover, the stone and stucco exterior give this luxury home an elegant look. The layout is similar to our Edney 2 home design which is design in the Tudor architectural style.
The Yorkshire II house plan features
On the first floor there is a parlor located just off the foyer on the left as you enter the home. An oval shaped dining hall, big enough to host large dinner parties, is to the right side of the homes entry. Behind the parlor is a sizable guest bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in-closet. It’s a comfortable space for overnight guest. Positioned at the rear of the home is a two story living room. The room has three pair of french doors that lead to a huge deck. The family area of the first floor includes a great room that flows into a vaulted ceiling breakfast room and double island kitchen. Of course this makes for an inviting space for family to spend plenty of time together.
With the master suite located on the front side of the second floor, the Yorkshire II house plan can take full advantage of views positioned to the front of your property. In addition, it provides privacy from the 3 secondary rooms also on the second floor. There is a bonus room over the garage for future use.
