The first floor of the Melrose Place house plan
A covered porch on the main entry provides shelter from the sun and rain. As a result, your are able to enjoy the outdoors in almost any weather. Upon entering the house you are greeted by a formal dining room on your right and a staircase on your left. The family room is located in the rear of the design and it has fireplace. The kitchen is adjacent to the family space; however, it opens up into a combined keeping room breakfast area. Together with the family room, there is plenty of room the entertain family and friends.
The main floor also has a guest bedroom with access to a full bathroom off a private hallway. Additionally, this room can also be used as a home office.
The second floor design
The Second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master bedroom is equipped with all the bells and whistles. The space includes a sitting area to relax from a long day. The master’s bathroom has a vaulted ceiling with a separate garden tub and 4ft by 3ft shower.
