This home design is similar to our Park Place farmhouse plan which uses the office as a dining room and features a vaulted ceiling in the family, breakfast, kitchen space.

Gallery Foyer

The entry of the farmhouse home plan has a 6 foot wide gallery foyer. This entrance provides direct access to the home office on the right and straight ahead into the family room. Prior to reaching the family room you will find a coat closet on the left wall. This is the perfect place for guest to hang their coats when they visit.

Open Floor Plan

Whether you are entering from the foyer, secondary bedrooms, master bedroom, or laundry/ mudroom, you will immediately feel the openness of the home’s common space. The family room, dining room, and kitchen all share one big open space that doesn’t feel cramped. The open space is great for a family to be together and not feel obligated to be in the same room.
