Description

The Maggie house plan is a cute bungalow home design that fits seamlessly in established historic neighborhoods. It measures thirty two feet wide and fifty one feet deep with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. At 1,500 square feet it is a compact design, but it has an efficient floor plan.

Maggie House Plan Features

The design of this narrow lot house plan consist of three bedrooms on the right side of the home. The master bedroom is located at the rear of the house. This space has its own bathroom and a pair of closets for his and hers wardrobe. The master bedroom also as access to the rear deck. Bedrooms two and three are positioned towards the middle and front of the home. They share a full bathroom off the hall. There is also a laundry room off the hall that has space for a washer, dryer, and storage shelves.

On the left side of the home is the family room, kitchen, and dining room. All three spaces effortlessly blend together in an open layout that provides a clear sight line from the front to the rear of the home. At the front is the family room. It has an electric fireplace which gives the room a focal point. From the Family room you can access the front porch where you can spend countless hours sitting on your rocking chair enjoying outdoors.

From the family room you can venture into the galley kitchen. The space is big enough to accommodate several people and not feel congested. A closet pantry provides extra storage space for appliances and food items. Beyond the kitchen is the dining room where you can comfortable seat  four to six. From the dining room there is access to rear deck. Off of the kitchen and dining room is a door to the mechanical room that houses the water heater and HVAC system.
