The Symone house plan is an attractive starter home with great curb appeal. This home will fit well in a suburban neighborhood or equally on acreage of land. A nice feature of this home is the office nook space just off the foyer. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the bath has a separate tub and shower.
Tray ceilings in the Family room and master suite add a dramatic affect to this cozy home. A bonus room is located over the garage giving the home an additional livable space. The extra space is ideal for expanding your living space an extra bedroom, game room, or kid’s play room.
The Kaplan is another example of our starter home house plans. In fact, it can also serve as a home to downsize your living space. This home is a nice ranch plan option that is very modest and quaint. The floor plan is a open concept design with split bedrooms. The master bedroom is separated from the secondary bedrooms for privacy. The master suite is located on the right side of the home with a generous master bath and closet.
The additional sleeping quarters are on the left side of the home with a Jack-n-Jill bath room. A bonus room over the garage allows for more livable space and storage.
