A nice feature of this home is the office nook space just off the foyer. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the bath has a separate tub and shower.

Tray ceilings in the Family room and master suite add a dramatic affect to this cozy home. A bonus room is located over the garage giving the home an additional livable space. The extra space is ideal for expanding your living space an extra bedroom, game room, or kid’s play room.

This home is a nice ranch plan option that is very modest and quaint. The floor plan is a open concept design with split bedrooms.
