The Church Hill house plan design has a commanding street presence. This One and one-half story home design embodies the American Craftsman bungalow architectural style. At just 36 feet wide, it is a perfect home plan for narrow lot building.
The Church Hill house plan first floor
The front entry of the Church Hill is covered by a generous sized front porch which is great for hanging out. The guest bedroom faces the porch and has access to a full bathroom off of a private hall. This floor level has an open concept towards the rear of the home. It is designed to draw families closer together with an open kitchen, breakfast room, and family area. The spaces are tied together with a linear faux beam ceiling.
This floor is complete with a front load two car garage that is 24 feet deep. A mudroom off of the garage features a bench seat and cubbies. Furthermore, this space also has the pantry as the mudroom is adjacent to the kitchen.
Church Hill Second floor plan
On the 2nd floor of the Church Hill house plan, there are two secondary bedrooms and the master bedroom suite. A vaulted ceiling is the main feature of the master. In addition the master suite has an enormous walk-in closet with natural lighting from the gable window. A spacious bathroom complete with a separate tub and 4 foot shower completes to master suite.
