Description
The Pheasant house plan is a modern traditional narrow lot home design. At only thirty six feet wide, it is a good choice for ultra narrow lots with generous depth. This traditional house design is perfect to use for infill building in suburban neighborhoods, as well as, new developments. Looking at the Pheasant from the front gives you the impression that it is a one story house plan. However, a glimpse from the side will tell you otherwise. This home has two livable floors with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Pheasant house plan first floor walk through
On the first floor of the Pheasant house plan, there is a formal dining room just beyond the main entrance foyer. The hallway off the foyer leads pass the dining room into a family room which opens to the kitchen. Homeowners will love the attention to detail as they gaze up the see the shallow coffer ceiling in the family room. A spacious eat-in kitchen has a huge island which also serves as the eating area for daily meals. Beyond the kitchen you will find access to the backyard patio and to a guest bedroom. The bedroom has private access to a full bathroom which is also accessible from the hallway.
Walking through the second floor
Off the kitchen are a set of stairs leading to the second floor. At the rear of the second floor is the master bedroom which has a vaulted ceiling to add volume to the room. A huge walk-in closet provides plenty of hanging and storage space for the homeowners wardrobe. The master bathroom has a double vanity, private water closet, shower stall and a separate garden tub. Two secondary bedrooms abut one another and share a jack-n-jill bathroom setup. The Pheasant house plan is an idea choice for any narrow lot home building project.
This design is similar to our Shannon house plan.
