Description

The Harrison house plan is a French Colonial home design with a narrow foot print. The plan includes three floor levels with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a flex room.

Harrison house plan first floor

The first floor of the Harrison plan has a two car garage that loads from the left side of the home. The floor level also includes an office space with an exterior door for outside access. In addition, there is full bathroom and a flex room that can be used as a bonus bedroom, a hobby room, or a shop. Entering the home from the garage you are greeted with a staircase to the immediate right leading to the second floor level.

The second floor of the Harrison house plan

The second floor is the main living area. This space is where your family will spend a lot of time in making many family memories. On the back of the home is a large gallery kitchen with a huge pantry and a workspace desk on the left side of the kitchen. To to right of the kitchen is a peninsula island and a breakfast room. In front of the home on this floor level is the formal dining room which is on the same side as the breakfast room but is separated by a powder room and coat closet. The dining room flows freely into a large family room that has a fireplace centered on the left wall. From the family room there is access to the front porch.

On the third floor of the Harrison home plan

The third floor level is the sleeping quarters. The master suite occupies the left side from front to back. The bedroom is at the front with a vaulted tray ceiling and has a small sitting area with access to the covered porch. The master bathroom has a separate free-standing tub, shower, and a double vanity. A large walk-in closet completes the master suite. On the right side of the home on this floor level are two secondary bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. They are connected with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. A laundry closet is accessible from the hall where there is an opening overlooking part of the second floor family room.
