Description
The Gatford II house plan design is a spacious 4 bedroom two story plan. In fact, this home is a derivative of our Gatford home plan with changes seen mostly on the main floor design.
First Floor of the Gatford II House Plan
The first floor is a pretty open design concept. Upon entering the home, you see the formal dining room to the right of the foyer. The stairs to the second floor are also located in this space as well. Beyond the foyer you’ll find a large kitchen with a center island. The kitchen opens freely into the breakfast space which also flow into the family room. A huge covered patio on the rear is idea for family gatherings and outdoor grilling. A front loading two car garage completes the first floor.
Second Floor
On the second floor the are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a separate sleeping and sitting area. In addition, both are defined with box tray ceilings. The room is complete with a large master bathroom and enormous walk-in closet. There are three additional bedrooms for the rest of the family. Each space has a wall-in closet and share access to a hall bathroom. A small laundry room completes the second floor space.
Generally speaking, the Gatford II is a good plan design for small to mid-sized lots in a suburban neighborhood.
