The Bellwood house plan is a deceitful design giving the appearance of a small home at first glance. However, this Colonial inspired 1-1/2 story Cape Cod home plan packs a lot of room in this narrow footprint. It includes a total of four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bath.

Bellwood House Plan Design

On the main floor of the Bellwood House plan there is a formal dining room at the front of the home. The kitchen opens up to a large breakfast area, which also flow into the family room. This open floor plan design makes for a great entertaining and family oriented space. The master bedroom is also located on main floor.

The Second floor has three bedrooms, each having walk-in closets. There is one bathroom to share and a huge Loft that can serve multiple purposes from a play room to an additional bedroom.
