The 2020 OBIE Award winning Perry house plan is a contemporary modern style narrow lot home design. The design is only 21 feet wide and 40 feet deep; however, it has three floor that include 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms. This detached townhouse plan is ideal for use on infill lot building in downtown neighborhoods and can be used in a detached townhouse development.
Perry house plan first floor
The first floor of the Perry townhome plan has a bedroom with a full bath. The bedroom can be used as an home office if the extra bed space isn’t needed. Outside of this room is an open hall that has access to exterior on the front and rear of the home. In addition, there is also access to the one car garage located on the rear of the home. A staircase in the hall leads to the second floor.
The second floor of the Perry house plan
The second floor is the main living area. The space is open and includes a family room, dining and kitchen. in the family space is a 6 inch deep contemporary fireplace that is functions and decorative. Windows on the front allow plenty of natural light. The dining separates the living and cooking spaces and can accommodate a table of four. In the kitchen is a large island with addition seating. Off the kitchen is a roof deck over part of the garage. it’s a great outdoor living space to hang out with friends and family. The level includes a half bath as well.
On the third floor of the Perry home plan
The third floor level is the sleeping quarters. It include two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom in located at the rear of the home. It has a generous closet space and a private bath. The secondary bed is in the front and also has a private bath. The laundry room is located on this floor.
